Is a deposit required?
There is a 50% non-refundable deposit required to book your photo shoot/event/wedding. This fee reserves the date for you and only you.
No it is not. The deposit reserves that date for you and only you. When we save the date for your shoot/wedding we are then turning away other clients who request that date and who may not have any other date available (such as for weddings or events.) Please see below for the rescheduling fee.
If you need to reschedule your date there is a $25 rescheduling fee for photo shoots if the reschedule request is made within one month of your shoot. For weddings there is a $100 rescheduling fee no matter how far away your wedding date is. The only time we forgive the rescheduling fee is if the weather looks bad and we decide to reschedule the shoot, or if it is initiated by us.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept cash, Venmo, Zelle or Apple Pay.
Can I bring a change of clothes?
Of course! Just keep in mind that every outfit change will take away from the photo shoot time frame that was scheduled.
Yes! We love traveling for photo shoots or destination weddings! We don’t charge a traveling fee if it is withing 30 miles of our home. Anything beyond 30 miles will depend on the location and circumstance (if it requires us to stay in a hotel, book flights, rent a car, etc.)
We have had the cool opportunity to do weddings in the Cayman Islands, Utah, Nebraska, and have been the photographers for the American Century Celebrity Golf Championship Tournament at Lake Tahoe, Nevada in 2022 and 2023.
What camera equipment do you use?
We use Canon bodies and lenses. Our bodies are currently the Canon EOS R5 and Canon EOS R6, and Canon 5D Mark III camera’s that we use for video shoots when more camera angles are required. We have a wide range of zoom and prime lenses.
The majority of our editing is in Lightroom, and occasionaly photoshop if needed. We edit video using Premiere Pro.
Do you give the digital files with printing rights?
Absolutely! We don’t limit the number of pictures that you get. How many you get will vary depend on shooting time based off of the package that you choose, if a 2nd photographer is added on, how cooperative the kiddos are, and how well you are at not blinking when we take the picture.
Do I get the raw video files from our shoot/wedding?
There is a $300 fee to receive the raw files, and we also ask that you provide us with an external hard drive to put the files on.
At this time we do not have our own studio. We can rent out a studio if requested.
How long have you been doing photography?
Aubs has been doing photography since 1998. She started out as Aubre B. Photography in 2007. A few years later Eran started taking pictures with her and in 2009 they became Eran + Aubs.
What if a location requires a fee to get in?
Some locations require a fee to photograph there. That fee will need to be covered by you.
